Dr. Ezekiel Oyemomi was born on 9th May 1959 in Ibadan, Nigeria. He hails from Orile-Owu in Osun State. He is a Professional Accountant and a Public Administrator. His academic qualifications include Teachers Grade two Certificates from Wesley College Ibadan, Higher National Diploma, Masters Degree in Business Admin., and PhD in Management. He is a fellow of many professional Institutes including ICAN, Institute of Management Consultants, Institute of Cost and Management Consultant, to mention but a few.  He joined the Federal Civil Service in 1984 as a Higher Statistical Officer and rose through the ranks to be appointed Permanent Secretary in 2008. He has served in Ministry of Police Affairs, Ministry of Defence, and now Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development as Permanent Secretary. He is married with children.
